From full outsourcing to flexible SaaS, we tailored pension administration and consulting solutions to help clients manage risk, streamline operations, and maximize plan value:
Pension de-risking: We worked with clients to reduce volatility through data cleanup, lump-sum cashouts, annuity placements, and freezes.
Comprehensive termination support: We supported clients with complete actuarial, administrative, and communication services for a smooth closeout.
Innovative plan designs: We helped clients reopen pension plans, leverage surpluses, and implement paired cash balance/401(k) plan designs to boost retention and enhance benefits
